How To Get To Hoian Ancient Town From Danang City?

I’d like to help you guys through my working experience in Tourism industry. Hoian ancient town is located about 30km south away from Danang.

There are many taxi brands such as: Vina Sun, Tien Xa, Mai Linh, Danang, … price will base on distance. So here price is about 400,000 VND ~ 500,000 VND per 4 seater taxi – 7 seater taxi.

Local bus:

There are few yellow buses to Hoian bus station. They won’t go to Hoian ancient town. The latest bus will start at 5.30 PM and end at 6.30 PM. From the bus station, you must walk very far to the town. Or, you can take a taxi to the old town and pay twice in total. Bus ticket is 30,000 VND/person.

These applications are getting more and more popular in Danang. They will pick you up where you are currently and drop you off right at the ancient town. I used both of these services already. And i had to pay 300,000 VND ~ 350,000 VND per 4 seater-7 seater car. In a word, these apps are good but can be a pain in peak hours.

Private car transfer:

This service is very popular in both cities. They will serve you by many new cars such as: toyota fortuner 2015-2017, isuzu-muX, toyota vios 2015, … you will be picked up at where you are and drop you off right at Hoian ancient town.
