The 155 km journey takes approximately 4 hours. You can choose your preferred departure time, and your driver will suggest interesting stops along the way.
- Visiting Non-Nuoc Stone Carving Village and Climbing Marble Mountain:
First, explore Marble Mountain, a fairyland of dreamlike scenery, pagodas, and grottoes near Hoi An. This site is renowned for stone sculpture and stone-cutting crafts. Local artisans from here helped build Ho Chi Minh’s tomb and construct the Hue Imperial Citadel.
- Driving along My Khe Beach
My Khe Beach features pristine white sand, blue skies, gentle slopes, and crystal-clear water year-round. Its peaceful, natural setting has earned it Forbes Magazine’s recognition as “one of the most attractive beaches on the planet.”
- Driving through Hai Van Pass:
Hai Van Pass is Vietnam’s highest mountain pass and one of its most scenic roads. From its historic mossy bunkers, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of mountains meeting ocean.
- Stop to take pictures of Lang Co Bay:
This famous beach in Thua Thien Hue Province is a popular stop on the Hoi An to Hue scenic tour. Enjoy lunch at a beachfront restaurant here or wait until we reach Lap An lagoon—just ask your driver for recommendations.
- Stop in Lap An lagoon
We visit Lap An lagoon, a vast 850-hectare brackish water expanse in Lang Co Bay. The lagoon stretches from Hai Van to Phu Gia Pass, surrounded by winding roads. Here, you can enjoy both romantic natural scenery and fresh seafood at a local restaurant.
